Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Playtronics Agent Host Alerts SMS program run by Playtronics LLC ("Playtronics", "we"). The program sends automated alerts from Playtronics' private agent host to the mobile number each signed-in user of the host enters for themselves.
What we collect
- The mobile phone number you enter in the agent host's notification settings.
- The text of each alert we send, whether it was sent, and the time it was sent.
- Replies to our number such as STOP or HELP, which our messaging provider records to honor them.
How we use it
We use this information only to send the alerts you turned on, to honor opt-out requests and to keep a record of what was sent. We do not use it for marketing or advertising.

Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except Twilio, our messaging provider, and the wireless carriers that deliver our messages, which receive the phone number and message content solely to deliver messages on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep alert records while the program runs and delete them on request. Access to the agent host requires sign-in, and each user sees only their own settings and alerts.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts, or remove your number from the notification settings. Reply HELP for help. To ask about or delete your information, email caleb@playtronics.co.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
