Program
Playtronics Agent Host Alerts is an SMS program run by Playtronics LLC. It sends automated alerts from Playtronics' private agent host to the mobile number each signed-in user of the host enters for themselves: urgent task results, system failures and requests for approval. It sends no marketing messages and no messages to customers or other third parties.
Opting in
Only people who sign in to the private agent host can receive alerts. You opt in by signing in, entering your own mobile number on the notification settings page and saving it under the consent statement shown below. There is no public sign-up.

Message frequency varies with system activity. Only urgent alerts are sent by text.

Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts. Reply HELP for help. You can also remove your number from the notification settings at any time.
